These terms govern purchases of products and services on sicilianwhiskey.com. We keep the language plain so customers understand what they buy, how they pay, how delivery works and what rights apply.
Access and purchase are reserved for people legally allowed to buy alcohol in the destination country. By completing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you purchase for lawful and responsible use.
Product pages show format, ABV, price and key information. The valid price is the one shown at checkout when the order is confirmed. Limited availability, preparation time or operational queues are shown before payment when applicable.
Payments are handled by secure payment providers. The distillery does not store full card details. Once payment is completed, the order is recorded and the required fiscal documentation is generated, including a fiscal receipt where applicable.
Shipping is calculated according to destination country, bottle count and applicable fiscal rules. For Italy, when stated in the purchase path, the commercial promise is express shipping in 3 days. Duties, excise or local requirements are displayed or handled according to the destination flow available.
Consumers have the rights provided by applicable law. For sealed food/alcohol products, withdrawal may be excluded when the seal is opened, removed or tampered with after delivery for hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons.
Some bottles or batches may include PINs, OakChain traceability or anti-counterfeiting verification tools. These services help verify authenticity and do not turn the product into a financial instrument.
After purchase or PIN activation we may invite you to leave a review. Ratings may feed the aggregate satisfaction score, while written reviews are published only after moderation.
