We collect data under the 'Privacy by Design' principle. Your information is used strictly for:

Allocation Protocol: Processing orders and managing the production backlog.
Age Verification: Ensuring compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
OakChain Registry: Recording batch ownership and authenticity tokens.
Logistics: Dynamic shipping quote calculation and customs clearance via Eurotax/VeronaSped.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored using AES-256 encryption. Sensitive identifier tokens (OakID) are managed via immutable ledgers. We do not sell your data to third-party brokers. Access is restricted to authorized logistics and fiscal partners (SDI, Eurotax).

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. You may also request porting of your OakChain ownership history. Every Sicilian Whiskey customer can view their full data dossier within the 'Club International' dashboard. Analytics consent can be changed by updating your cookie preferences and browser settings.
