Sicilian Whiskey Protocol - Allocation Agreement v4.2
1. Dynamic Pricing & Market Discovery
The price of assets on SicilianWhiskey.com is calculated in real-time. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that prices change based on the Market Coefficient (1.01^backlog_days). The price at the moment of the 'Handshake' (Checkout) is final and binding.
2. The Backlog Protocol
Orders are processed in a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) sequence. The Distillery has a hard limit of 10 international B2C shipments per day. The Estimated Shipping Date provided at checkout is an integral part of the contract. Delays inherent to the backlog are not grounds for standard refund claims unless they exceed the promised date by more than 30 days.
3. International Compliance & Customs
B2C Consumers (EU): Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is managed via VeronaSped under 'Accisa Assolta' for Italy or OSS/IOSS protocol for EU countries.
B2B Companies (EU/Global): Companies must provide a valid VAT ID. For EU B2B, the e-DAS (Electronic Administrative Document) protocol is applied. International orders are shipped DAP/DDP via Eurotax coordination.
Dogane & Accise: The responsibility for accurate fiscal routing (Ho.Re.Ka vs Private) lies with the customer at the moment of selection. Sicilian Whiskey Distillery acts as a tax representative where enabled.
4. Returns & Hardware Integrity
In accordance with Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (14 days) is automatically voided if the 'PushLock' hardware seal is broken or tampered with, as the integrity and authenticity of the food product cannot be guaranteed once accessed.
5. OakChain Immutability
All finalized allocations are recorded on the OakChain ledger. This digital record serves as the official proof of authenticity and ownership history. Modifications to the ledger are only possible via official Distillery governance actions.
