Century Oak is a Sicilian Whiskey product, it is an evolution of the layered architecture, the cask finish is carried out in ex Red Fox barrels. The name reflects 100 years of history of the oak from which we extracted the acorns of our stabilized plants, not the spirit.
The whiskey presents an olfactory bouquet mixed between cereals and dried fruit, on the palate it is soft and enveloping with tones of red fruit and dried plums, the finish is delicate but never intrusive, with a medium-high persistence.
300-500 bottles annually. Limited availability, conservative design to ensure consistent quality.
Complex, elegant. Notes of deep toasted wood, ripe vanilla, sweet spices. Long finish (25+ seconds), non-alcoholic but warm.
42% ABV. Balanced and elegant, Century Oak is a whiskey dedicated to natural balances and produced in memory of the first stabilization of the oaks
Subject to mechanical backlog. Currently the price is €57.50.
Not recommended. Profile is too refined and complex for cocktail applications. Better to taste pure or with a drop of water.
Undefined. With a closed bottle in ideal conditions (cool, dark), the spirit continues to evolve slowly. Collectors keep 50+ years.
Deep amber with mahogany undertone. Color reflects long maturity and concentration of the historic oak.
