What does the fee for the Speakeasy BBQ include?

The experience includes unlimited access to the Open Cask (whiskey and cocktails), the complete grilled menu (Baked calatina pasta, veal and mutton), the visit to the planted oak reserve and the moment of the Golden Hour at 580m above sea level.

Does experience unlock the Backlog Skip?

Yes. As the most exclusive event of the protocol, participants enjoy maximum on-site purchasing priority, being able to allocate any reference (including the Angel Share, if available) by skipping the global queue entirely.

Where exactly is Monte San Mauro located?

It is the Zenith of our territory at Caltagirone. The exact location is protected by a security protocol: you will receive the coordinates via email only after the payment block has been validated.

What is meant by 'Open Cask Protocol'?

During the 6 hours of the event, a barrel of Red Fox is available for free refilling. Furthermore, the sommelier prepares expressed Old Fashioneds and Sours without consumption limits.

Is there a transport service provided?

No. The protocol imposes 'Mandatory Self-Drive'. Participants must have their own car to reach the summit of the mountain independently, preserving the private nature of the moment.

What is the maximum number of participants?

The experience is limited to a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 people. This scarcity guarantees the intimacy of the technical dialogue and the quality of the ancestral cooking on sight.

What happens during the Golden Hour?

It's the moment of the Pinnacle: the mineral light of the Gela Valley meets the Plan 1 (View) of our whiskeys, allowing an unrepeatable chromatic evaluation at the Zenith altitude.
